In the Editorial titled “Neonatal Care in Low- and Middle-Income Countries: A Fresh Look” by Saugstad et al. [Neonatology. 2025;122(suppl 1):1–4. DOI: 10.1159/000543956], an error occurred in the naming of the funding organisation.
The Editorial incorrectly refers to the funder as the “Belinda and Bill Gates Foundation.”
The correct name is the “Gates Foundation.”
This error appears in both the body of the Editorial and the Funding Sources section.
