On page 143 of the ‘Results’ section, the authors acknowledged an image compilation error in Figure 3, where duplicate histological subpanels were mistakenly included. They provided the original images and identified the cause of the error: certain subpanels (SAL Day 7 and 14, L3 Day 7, 14 and 21) were initially in the background but were inadvertently moved to the foreground during the final layout arrangement. The authors confirm that all experimental results and conclusions remain unchanged. The corrected Figure 3 is presented below.
