Following publication of the original article [1], it was noted that, due to proofing oversight, the final version has several errors. Listed below are the errors. The original article has been corrected.

  • Page 2: The first subsection of the Results section is incorrectly written as “Proteogenomic analysis of UCC”. This should have been written as “Proteogenomic analysis of LACC”.

  • Page 3: Incomplete sentences remain in the published version, which may confuse readers and hinder a full understanding of the manuscript. The sentence “Furthermore, we identified genes/proteins whose expression or phosphorylation levels correlated with alterations of (Fig. 1E)” should be replaced with “Furthermore, we identified genes/proteins whose expression or phosphorylation levels correlated with alterations of PAG-LACC involved in keratinization (KRT5/10/13/14/16) and TP53 regulation (DNA2/UBC/TPX2) (Fig. 1E).”

  • Page 7: The texts “and O-linked glycosylation” under the Fig. 3 caption should be replaced with “and O-linked glycosylation for Sub6”.

  • Page 9: Incorrect figure numbering may be misleading when referencing data. The figure citation Fig. 2F in the sentence “These data account for the treatment-resistant nature in Sub3 compared to in Sub4 according to the LRFS (Fig. 2F)” should be replaced with “Fig. S2F”. Incorrect figure numbering may be misleading when referencing data. The figure citation Fig. 4A in “(mucin glycosylation; Fig. 4A, dark green-labeled)” should be replaced with “Fig. 3A”.

  • Page 11: The figure citation Fig. 2G in the sentence “We showed that CIC mutations were enriched in the treatment-resistant Sub5 (Fig. 2G)” should be replaced with “Fig. 2F”. The figure citation “Fig. 2GA and D” in the texts “(rna3 in Fig. 2GA and D)” should be replaced with “Fig. 2A and D”.

  • Page 12: The texts “In violin plots,” in Fig. 5 caption should be replaced with “In box plots”.

  • Page 17: The texts “computed tomoghraphy (CT)” should be replaced with “computed tomography (CT)”.
