Retraction Note: NR2F1 contributes to cancer cell dormancy, invasion and metastasis of salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma by activating CXCL12/CXCR4 pathway

The Editors have retracted this article. After publication, concerns were raised regarding the data presented in the figures, specifically:

• Figure 1 A Metastasis image G and No Metastasis image A2 appear to overlap;

• Figure 2 A Vector-SACC-83 and Vector SACC-LM images appear to overlap;

• Figure 3 C NR2F1 hiSACC-83 and NR2F1 hiSACC-LM bottom left quandrants appear highly similar;

• Figure 3D NR2F1 hiSACC-LM (0 h) and Vector-SACC-LM (0 h) appear highly similar (stretched horizontally);

• Figure 4 C SACC-83 blank control 0 h and Fig. 6C SACC-83 0 h images appear to overlap;

• Figure 4D NR2F1 hi + siNR2F1 and blank control images images appear to overlap for both cell lines;

• Figure 6 C siRNA NR2F1- SACC-83 0 h and rhSDF-1a + siRNA NR2F1 SACC-83 0 h appear highly similar (stretched horizontally).

• Figure 6D SACC-83 and siRNA NR2F1 SACC-83 images appear to overlap.

The Editors therefore no longer have confidence in the integrity of the data in this article.
