The rate of bystander cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) for patients with out-of-hospital sudden cardiac arrest has increased over the past decade, reaching 30.3% in 2024, which is 2.3 times (17.4%p) higher than 12.9% in 2014. The survival rate of CPR performed by bystander was 14.4% in 2024 (Figure 1).
