We found that the paper contains significant scientific flaws. For the rigor of scientific research, we are now applying for the voluntary Retraction of the article.

In this study, we found that miR-149-3p can interacted with S100A11 using bioinformatics analysis (https://www.targetscan.org/vert_71/). But in the subsequent experiments we confirmed that S100A11 was not the optimal target and the targeted binding relationship is not that strong either. Our latest research confirmed that miR-149-3p inhibit the malignant progression of bladder cancer by regulation aerobic glycolysis relative protein HK2, PDK2, SLC7A1 expression.

It is very unrigorous to randomly pick a target for research without sequencing. For the sake of academic rigor and the authenticity of the data, we apply for retraction and re-experimentation. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to the journal.
