Identification of mAbs. A Indirect immunofluorescence assay (IFA) detection of PRRSV-infected marc-145 cells using mAb 7H10 and 1A2. marc-145 cells were infected with PRRSV at an MOI of 0.1 for 3 days, fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde, and permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 for 1 h. The cells were incubated with mAb 7H10, 1A2 and PRRSV N protein antibody (PC) as primary antibodies. The results were observed under an inverted fluorescence microscope.
