Following publication of the original article [1], the authors reported that not all the institutional groups and institutional authors were included in the author list. The institutional group that was missing is the GAME-OVER investigators group.

The revised additional file 1 which includes the GAME-OVER investigators group has been included in this publication.

The institutional author groups and their institutional authors have been updated above and the original article [1] has been corrected.
