The authors regret < In Figures 8C and S8C of the original article, the units of Distance were incorrectly presented. The system exported the unit as pixel, but this was not indicated in the figure. The corrected unit is pixel.

The data and results shown in Figures 8C and S8C remain unchanged. This correction does not affect the overall conclusions of the study.

Figure 8 Olsa/EA/Zn@SA/ε-PL hydrogel prevents DSS-induced anxiety and depressive behavioral changes

(A) Schematic illustration of model building and intervention. (B) Movement tracking images of mice in the open field test (OFT). (C) Total distance of movement in the OFT (n = 7). (D) Time spent in the central zone in the OFT (n = 7). (E) The crossing number in the central zone in the OFT (n = 7). (F) Movement tracking images of mice in the elevated plus test (EPM). (G) Open arm time in the elevated plus test (n = 7). (H) Crossing frequency in the EPM (n = 7). (I-G) Immobility time in the forced swim test (n = 7). Values represent the mean ± SD. *p < 0.05, ***p < 0.001 according to One-way ANOVA followed by the Bonferroni's post hoc test in D and J. *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01 according to nonparametric Kruskal-Wallis 1-way ANOVA in E, G and H.

(A) Schematic illustration of LPS-induced depressive mouse model. (B) Movement tracking images of mice in the open field test (OFT). (C) Total distance of movement in the OFT (n = 6). (D) The crossing number in the OFT (n = 6). (E) Time spent in the central zone in the OFT (n = 6). (F) Movement tracking images of mice in the elevated plus test (EPM). (G) Crossing frequency in the EPM (n = 6). (H) Open arm time in the elevated plus test (n = 6). (I) Immobility time in the forced swim test (n = 6). Values represent the mean ± SD. *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01 according to One-way ANOVA followed by the Bonferroni's post hoc test.
