Figure 2

The effects of overexpressed FoxM1 on proliferation, and the expression of invasive proteins of Hca-P cells in vitro. A. qRT-PCR analysis of FoxM1, MMP-2 and MMP-9 in Hca-P cells. B. Western blot analysis of Ezrin, TIMP-1 and TIMP-2 in Hca-P cells. C. After overexpression of FoxM1, Scatter diagram of Hca-P cells’ proliferation assay using CCK-8 over 96 hours.
