Erratum

In the March 2000 issue, there were the following errors in the two companion articles by Göring and Terwilliger. In “Linkage Analysis in the Presence of Errors I: Complex-Valued Recombination Fractions and Complex Phenotypes” (66:1095–1106), the graphic portions of figures 5 and 8 should be transposed; that is, the figure that appears above the legend for figure 5 (on page 1098) is in fact figure 8, and the figure that appears above the legend for figure 8 (on page 1100) is in fact figure 5. In “Linkage Analysis in the Presence of Errors II: Marker-Locus Genotyping Errors Modeled with Hypercomplex Recombination Fractions” (66:1107–1118, in the section titled “Estimation of τ,” there were two errors on page 1113: in the fourth line of the first paragraph of this section, the equation should be τ≠0 (not τ⩽0), and, in the fourth line of the second paragraph, the equation should be (not ). The Journal regrets these errors.
