This article has been retracted at the request of the Editors-in-Chief of the journal, as a result of the presence of three images within the paper (Fig. 7F) that, although indicated as originating from different experiments, show considerable overlap of sections of the images. The images in question are from the heart sections (overlap between sham and saline), heart sections (overlap between EV-ctrl and RVG-EV-RNA) and liver sections (overlap between sham and EV-ctrl).
As a result, the Editors-in-Chief do not have confidence in the data presented in this manuscript.
