Retraction notice to “BPTF promotes hepatocellular carcinoma growth by modulating hTERT signaling and cancer stem cell traits” [Redox Biology 20 (2019) 427–441]

The authors of the above article initially requested a correction related to the replacement of two figure panels (Figure 2D and Figure 5F). Upon further review by the journal editors, the authors were requested to provide further explanations and their responses regarding the issues with the images did not sufficiently clarified the concerns. Given the lack of confidence in the accuracy and reliability of the published data, the Editors-in-Chief have decided to retract the article.
