Following the publication of the original article [1], during a post-publication review, the authors identified image misplacement errors that occurred during figure preparation and labeling. Specifically, panel misassignments were found in Figures 1J and 7C. In Figure 1J, the immunohistochemistry image labeled CDX-S CD105 was inadvertently duplicated from the CDX-S CD31 panel during figure assembly. In Figure 7C (colony formation assay), the image labeled 78S shM14 + Vec was inadvertently duplicated from Figure 3D (OSR shTRAF1.2), and the image labeled 78S shM14 + OETRAF1 was inadvertently duplicated from Figure 3C (78S Vec). Because the corrected colony formation images in Figure 7C are used for quantitative analysis, the corresponding bar graph has also been updated accordingly based on the correct images. Corrected figure panels and corresponding raw data, a technical clarification for the colony formation assays, fully updated versions of Figures 1 and 7 are provided below.
