In the originally published version of this article, there were inconsistencies in the analysis pipeline used to generate the All of Us results in Table 3. Specifically, some traits were processed using preliminary version of the analysis code or included sex chromosomes, which differed from the final study protocol. The authors have reimplemented the analyses for all traits in Table 3. This resulted in updated variant count and corresponding statistics in the results section regarding the percentage increase of independent significant variants identified by pooled analysis compared to meta-analysis and MR-MEGA. While these specific counts have been updated, the qualitative conclusions of the study remain unchanged. The online version of the article has been updated.

The authors regret this error.
