  2. In Table 3, footnotes “an = 22 patients (CR+PR)” , “bBased on event-free probability estimates”, and “cn = 142 patients (CR+PR+SD)” have been added.

  3. In Table 3, rows “Duration of response, % (95% CI)”, “Duration of disease control, median (95% CI), months, 5.4 (4.4–5.9)” and “Median OS, months (95% CI), 8.5 (7.6, 10.3)” have been added.

  4. In Table 3, “21.7 (30.4, 42.6)” has been corrected to “36.5 (30.4, 42.6)”.

  5. In section, “3.3. Efficacy”, “4.0” has been changed to “3.9” and the updated sentence now reads as “Median PFS and OS were 3.3 (95% CI: 2.8,3.9) and 8.5 (95% CI: 7.6, 10.3) months, respectively (Figure 2).”

  6. In subsection “3.4. Safety”, nausea (4.9%) has been added and the revised sentence now reads “Hematologic and gastrointestinal body systems were affected by the use of VNR with the most commonly reported grade ≥3 AEs being neutropenia (17.6%), fatigue (5.8%), and decreased appetite (4.9%), and nausea (4.9%; Table 5).”

  7. “Table 3” has been changed to “Table 4” and the sentence now reads: “Less than half (40.7%) of all patients reported ≥1 serious AE (regardless of causality), with 12.3% reporting ≥1 treatment-related serious AE (grade ≥3: 11.1%; Table 4).”

  8. In Table 5, in the “Febrile neutropenia” row, values for Grades 3, 4, and 5 have been corrected from 0, 5 (2.1) and 6 (2.5) to 5 (2.1), 6 (2.5) and 0, respectively. In the “Blood and lymphatic system disorders” row, the value for grade 5 has been corrected to “0”.
