Correction for “SETD2-mediated H3K14 trimethylation promotes ATR activation and stalled replication fork restart in response to DNA replication stress,” by Qian Zhu, Qiaoyan Yang, Xiaopeng Lu, Hui Wang, Lili Tong, Zheng Li, Ge Liu, Yantao Bao, Xingzhi Xu, Luo Gu, Jian Yuan, Xiangyu Liu, and Wei-Guo Zhu, which published May 31, 2021; 10.1073/pnas.2011278118 (Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. U.S.A. 118, (23) e2011278118).

The authors note that Fig. S1 and Fig. S4 in the SI Appendix appeared incorrectly. Specifically, two inadvertent image placement errors occurred during figure assembly due to the highly similar nature of the underlying experiments. The authors explain, “First, in Fig. 1G (HeLa cells) and Fig. S1H (HCT116 cells), both of which present Western blot analyses following SUV39H1 knockdown, the same blot image was mistakenly placed in both panels, although the experiments were performed independently in the two cell lines. Second, in Fig. S4E, which shows confocal microscopy images of HeLa cells overexpressing GFP–H3.1 WT, GFP–H3.1K14R, GFP–H3.1K14A, and GFP–H3.1K14Q, the images corresponding to the K14A and K14Q conditions were inadvertently duplicated.” The SI Appendix has been corrected online.
