Main text

(Stem Cell Reports 21, 102741; January 13, 2026)

In the originally published paper, the representation of CiRA Foundation (CiRA_F, originally identified as CiRA) data regarding the number of lines used in clinical trials and the number of clinical trials performed were incorrect. 3 lines from 2 donors in 11 trials were initially reported, but to date, 4 unique CiRA_F lines from 2 unique donors have been used in clinical trials, and 15 trials have been initiated using the CiRA_F cell lines, making the total number of clinical trials performed with available hiPSC lines 17. Changes have been made in Tables 1, 2, and S2 and the text to reflect these corrections. The authors apologize for this error, which does not affect the total number of available hPSC lines identified, or any characterization data associated with the available lines.
