There was a mistake in Figure 5D as published. The incorrect images were inadvertently placed into the final figure, resulting in the misapplication of both the SCR and SENP3 sh-RNA2 panels. The corrected Figure 5D appears below.

Figure 5.

Four-panel scientific figure showing bar graphs and representative cell images for assays measuring migration and invasion in BT-549 and MDA-MB-231 cell lines. Each panel compares SCR control, SENP3 sh-RNA1, and SENP3 sh-RNA2 groups. Bars for SCR are highest, with significant reductions in cell number in both SENP3 knockdown groups for migration (A, C) and invasion (B, D). Photomicrographs beneath each graph depict corresponding cell densities for each treatment, visibly reduced in SENP3 knockdown groups. Statistical significance is indicated by asterisks.

Knockdown of SNEP3 inhibits TNBC cell invasion and migration. (A, B) Decreased expression of SENP3 inhibited BT-549 cell migration. (A) and invasion. (B) Decreased expression of SENP3 inhibited MDA-MB-231 cell migration (C) and migration (D). *, p < 0.05; **, p < 0.01.
