Correction to: Scientific Reports 10.1038/s41598-025-00968-6, published online 01 July 2025
The original version of this Article contained errors.
In the Abstract,
“In addition, the results of in vitro anti-inflammatory tests showed the starting concentration of NM (0.025 mg/mL) and AM (0.05 mg/mL), indicating that NM and AM cannot be used interchangeably in clinical applications.”
now reads:
“In addition, the results of in vitro anti-inflammatory tests showed the starting concentration of NM (0.025 mg/mL) and AM (0.05 mg/mL), indicating that AM also plays a role in anti-inflammatory activity.”
In addition, in the Materials and methods section, under the subheading ‘Materials and reagents’,
“NM (Batches: N1-N3) were supplied by Chongqing Institute of Medicinal Plant Cultivation (Lot#:013, 037, 048), and AM (Batches: A1-A3) were from Beijing Lianxin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd (Lot#:01984, 01989, 01982).”
now reads:
“NM (Batches: N1-N3) were supplied by Chongqing Institute of Medicinal Plant Cultivation (Lot#:013, 037, 048), and AM (Batches: A1-A3) were from a Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd in China.
Finally, in the Results and discussion section, under the subheading ‘Differential analysis of volatile components of NM and AM’, due to subsequent evidence showing that ethylparaben is present in both NM and AM and is not a component of primary concern, the following sentence has been deleted:
“It is worth noting that ethylparaben was not detected in NM, while its relative peak area was 0.82% in AM. Ethylparaben may be introduced as a preservative in the production process of AM to ensure the stability and safety of the product.”
The original Article has been corrected.
