The ethical approval number was incorrectly listed as ANE: 2568-0198 and the correct one is ANE: 2568-0155. Therefore, the relevant statements are corrected as follows:
Methods section: This retrospective cohort study was approved by the institutional ethics committee of the Faculty of Medicine, Chiang Mai University (Study Code: ANE: 2568-0155), and informed consent was waived because of the retrospective nature of the study.
The Ethical Statement section: The study was approved by the institutional ethics committee of Faculty of Medicine, Chiang Mai University (Study Code: ANE: 2568-0155), and informed consent was waived because of the retrospective nature of the study.
The authors confirmed this error did not affect either the results or the conclusions of the paper.
