Author Judith Raimboaurg's name was misspelled and should be Judith Raimbourg.
In Table 1, the genes MET, BRAF, KRAS, and NRAS should be italicized; in Appendix Table A1, the genes MET and KRAS should be italicized.
In Table 2, the numbers for the “Related TEAEs leading to death” row should be aligned.
In Appendix Table A5, in the “Withdrawal from treatment by patient” row, the zero is on the wrong line and should be on the next row, “Other.”
