At the end matter, the Ethics approval text currently reads:

"The study was approved by the Siriraj Institutional Review Board (approval number: Si-723/2024 (IRB2)), which waived the requirement for informed consent due to the retrospective nature of the study and anonymisation of patient data. All data were deidentified and stored securely in password-protected files accessible only to the research team, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.”

This text reflects an incorrect interpretation of “(IRB2)” and should be replaced with:

“The study was approved by the Siriraj Institutional Review Board (approval number: Si-723/2024), which waived the requirement for informed consent due to the retrospective nature of the study and anonymisation of patient data.
