Protocol for the generation, characterization, and functional assays of organoid cultures from normal and cancer-prone human esophageal tissues

Due to oversight during manuscript preparation, the authors inadvertently introduced an error into the “floating organoids” row of Figure 1D. A duplicate portion of the HGIN image was mistakenly placed over the LGIN image. The corrected panel is displayed below, and the authors note that this discrepancy does not impact the conclusions of Figure 1 or the remainder of the protocol. The authors apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
