(B and D) DMS53 cells were treated with ABL inhibitor ABL001 (20 μM) for 24 h (B); DMS53 cells were treated with ABL inhibitor GMB475 (5 μM) for the indicated times (D); followed by sequential labeling with thymidine analogs CldU (50 μM) and IdU (100 μM) for 20 min each.
