J. Y. Park, S. J. Hong, I. J. Choi, et al., “Tegoprazan‐Based Triple Therapy for Helicobacter pylori Eradication: A Phase III Multicenter Randomized Clinical Trial,” Helicobacter 30, no. 1 (2026): e700106, https://doi.org/10.1111/hel.70106.
In the published article, the study phase was incorrectly described as “Phase III.” The correct study phase is “Phase II.”
In the title, the term “Phase III” was incorrect. This should have read “Phase II.”
In the fifth paragraph of the Discussion section, the sentence: “Such data are rarely available in large‐scale Phase III trials and offer clinically meaningful insights into the performance of specific regimens for real‐world antimicrobial resistance” was incorrect. This should have read: “Such data are rarely available in large‐scale Phase II trials and offer clinically meaningful insights into the performance of specific regimens for real‐world antimicrobial resistance.”
In the seventh paragraph of the Discussion section, the sentence: “In conclusion, this Phase III RCT demonstrated that 14‐day tegoprazan‐based triple therapy (50 or 100 mg) was non‐inferior to lansoprazole‐based therapy for H. pylori eradication and met the efficacy threshold for first‐line treatment in South Korea” was incorrect. This should have read: “In conclusion, this Phase II RCT demonstrated that 14‐day tegoprazan‐based triple therapy (50 or 100 mg) was non‐inferior to lansoprazole‐based therapy for H. pylori eradication and met the efficacy threshold for first‐line treatment in South Korea.”
We apologize for these errors.
