Corrigendum to ‘Anticoagulant management of cancer-associated thrombosis and thrombocytopenia: a retrospective chart review’ [Research and Practice in Thrombosis and Haemostasis Volume 10, Issue 2, February 2026, 103381]

The authors regret that, in the Table, "Age" and "Duration of platelet count < 100 × 10⁹/L" were incorrectly described as median (interquartile range). They are, in fact, presented as median (range).
