Heestermans R, Olsen C, Ameli S, et al. Blood-derived cell-free DNA is a superior biomarker for noninvasive DNA methylation profiling in multiple myeloma. Blood Adv. 2025;9(16):4306-4310.

Page 4307: Figure 1A indicates the absolute methylation level of CpG sites (CpGs), not the level of CpG islands (CGIs). Thus, in the legend, the first sentence should begin “(A) Absolute number of CpGs,” not “(A) Absolute number of CGIs.”

Additionally, on the same page, the second paragraph of the left column should begin “We observed significant differences in CpG methylation pattern,” not “We observed significant differences in CGI methylation pattern.”
