The original version of the Research Article, “CryptoBank: A resource for the identification and prediction of cryptic sites in proteins” by P. Febrer Martinez et al., two contributors were recognized in the Acknowledgments for their work on the software pipeline. Following a re-evaluation of their contributions to the project, they have now been added to the author list.
The following corrections have been implemented:
• Vladimiras Oleinikovas and Antonija Kuzmanic were added to the author list as the fourth and fifth authors, respectively, and their affiliation and present addresses have been added.
• The Acknowledgments have been corrected from “We are grateful to V. Oleinikovas, A. Kuzmanic, C. Estarellas, and R. Evans for useful discussions and assistance in developing a first prototype of the PDB pipeline.” to “We are grateful to C. Estarellas and R. Evans for assistance in modernizing the PDB pipeline code. We are grateful to J.R. Wagner for useful discussions during early pipeline development.”
• The following has been added to the Funding section: “F.L.G and V.O. acknowledge the BBSRC and UCB for a PhD CASE studentship (to V.O.). F.L.G and A.K. acknowledge EPSRC for financial support.”
• Vladimiras Oleinikovas’s and Antonija Kuzmanic’s contributions to conceptualization, methodology, and software have been added to the Author contributions.
• The Competing interests statement has been updated from “Competing interests: The authors declare that they have no competing interests.” to “V.O. now works at Proxima Bio and A.K. now works as Isomorphic Labs. The other authors declare no competing interests.”
The HTML and PDF versions of the article have been corrected. The supplementary materials PDF has been updated to include the added authors on the cover sheet.
