The authors wish to correct several reporting errors identified after publication of the above article. These errors occurred during manuscript revision and version updates and were unfortunately not identified before publication. No additional or revised analyses were performed. The corrections reflect reporting and transcription errors only, and the underlying analyses, interpretation of the results, and conclusions of the study remain unchanged.
The corrected version should be as follows:
1. Abstract
Results section:
Before: The adjusted hazard ratio for active TB in LTBI-positive patients was 5.47 (95% confidence interval 2.74 to 10.92) compared to LTBI-negative patients.
After: The adjusted hazard ratio for active TB in LTBI-positive patients was 5.21 (95% confidence interval 2.59 to 10.50) compared to LTBI-negative patients.
2. Table 1
For the Geographic region category “Seoul or metropolitan city”:
Before: 1,503 (44.4)
After: 1,613 (47.7)
3. Results section and Table 2
For patients aged ≥65 years, the adjusted hazard ratio (95% confidence interval [CI]) was incorrectly reported:
Before: 9.88 (95% CI 3.13 to 3.97)
After: 9.88 (95% CI 3.13 to 31.24)
