In the version of the article initially published, in the “Sample preparation” section of the Methods, the details of the synthetic protocol for the hyperbranched core were inadvertently omitted. The following has now been added: “PI-B was synthesized from dianhydride monomer and tetraamine monomer via chemical condensation method. In this study, PI-B was designed to be anhydride-terminated to avoid the presence of unstable amino groups. The dianhydride-to-tetraamine feed molar ratio was 3:1, and the monomers were dissolved in NMP at a concentration of 300 mg/mL. The condensation reaction was conducted at 40 °C for 4 hours to yield the PAA precursor solution of PI-B. After subjecting this solution to the same thermal imidization procedure used for PI-L, PI-B was obtained. In order to obtain the hyperbranched cross-linked films, PAA precursor solutions of PI-L and PI-B were blended and stirred at 40 °C for an additional 6 hours prior to film casting. The subsequent imidization procedure was the same to that of PI-L samples.” Additionally, in the “Dielectric and electrical measurement” section, there was an error in the description of temperature sweeping range for the thermally stimulated discharge current (TSDC) tests; “the test temperature was raised at a rate of 8 °C/min to ~205 °C” should have read “the test temperature was raised at a rate of 8 °C/min to ~216 °C”. These corrections have been made to the HTML and PDF versions of the article.
