The authors regret that errors in the calculation of values reported in the Abstract and Results of their article occurred, specifically with respect to values reported in connection with prior studies by Nguyen et al [45] and Deptula et al [46].

In the Abstract, “NCS implantation showed average excess limb volume reduction of 1% to 10.7% and clear evidence of lymphangiogenesis on imaging” should be corrected to “NCS implantation showed an average percentage reduction in excess limb volume of 5% to 37.5% and clear evidence of lymphangiogenesis on imaging.”

In the Results section, the original—“The studies by Nguyen et al [45] and Deptula et al [46] showed an average post-NCS implantation excess limb volume reduction of 10.7% and 1% to 2%, respectively, although only the study by Nguyen et al [45] reported a statistically significant difference”—should be amended to “The studies by Nguyen et al [45] and Deptula et al [46] showed average percentage reductions in excess limb volume following NCS implantation of 37.5% and 5%, respectively, while only the former reached statistical significance.”

In the first row of Table I, 10.7% in the ‘Measured objective outcomes’ column should be corrected to 37.5%.

The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
