Abstract
Twenty-three elderly hypertensive subjects received nitrendipine 10mg daily by mouth for 8 days. Plasma nitrendipine concentrations were measured after the first and last dose. There was no significant difference in plasma concentrations at any time point between the two days nor in derived pharmacokinetic measurements. Drug accumulation was not observed.
