Abstract
A method which allows quantitative measurements by fluorometric assay of the binding of fluorescein-labelled antilymphocyte antibody to the antigenic receptors on the surface of lymph node cells is described. Assuming the cell surface antigens are particulate antigens with multiple reacting sites, the density of such receptors and the intrinsic association constant of the interaction have been estimated.
