The paper by Kockskämper et al. (2005) contained an error on page 711, column two, lines 46–49. The words ‘increased’ and ‘decreased’ were transposed and the sentence should have read:
FBP increased and pyruvate decreased the frequency of spontaneous SR Ca2+ release events (Ca2+ sparks, Fig. 10), in line with the data obtained from isolated RyRs.
