SEMA3F-treated MCF7 lost membranous E-cadherin and this effect was mediated by NRP1. Observations of control (A and C) or SEMA3F-treated (B and D) MCF7 cells stained by immunofluorescence with an anti-E-cadherin antibody. Incubation with an anti-NRP1 antibody was performed during 1.5 hours (C and D). β-Catenin staining was performed for control (E) or SEMA3F-treated cells (F).
