A different fold and three-dimensional structure of the Escherichia coli NusB protein has recently been published (PDB ident code 1EY1; Altieri et al., 2000), based on better and more complete NMR data than ours and in agreement with a recent X-ray structure of the homologous Mycobacterium tuberculosis NusB (PDB code 1EYV; Gopal et al., 2000). We have therefore moved our PDB entry 1BAQ into the Archive of Obsolete PDB Entries (http://pdbobs.sdsc.edu).
