Association of fatal Coxsackie B2 viral infection and necrotizing enterocolitis.

Abstract

A case of fatal Coxsackie B2 viral infection and coexisting neonatal necrotizing entercolitis occurred. We suggest that this virus may have a role in the development of NEC.
