The absorption of carbenoxolone administered orally as a positioned-release capsule

Abstract

Carbenoxolone administered in a position-released capsule is as readily absorbed as when administered by tablets, although not necessarily from the same site. It is therefore reasonable to suppose that the same systemic pharmacological actions will be observed with either preparation.
