Abstract
Four female patients with polyostotic fibrous dysplasia and sexual precocity are presented in detail. Two of the patients suffered spontaneous fracture of the femur.
Steroid excretion was raised in 3 out of the 4 girls, but excretion of total urinary gonadotrophins was normal in 2 of them.
