In the legend to Fig 4, there are two instances that read ‘After transfection, mice were treated with T3 (2.5 μg/g of body weight, filled bars) or saline (open bars).'

The correct version for both of these sentences is 'After transfection, mice were treated with T3 (2.5 μg/g of body weight, open bars) or saline (filled bars).
