(A) A full thickness corneal scar and a large iris cyst centred in the inferonasal quadrant were noted at presentation. (B) Ultrasound biomicroscopy showed that the cyst extended significantly into the posterior chamber, pushing against the lens.

(A) Eighteen months postoperatively, no cystic structure was observed in the anterior chamber. (B) UBM revealed shrinkage of the cyst to a small mass on the anterior surface of the iris.
