Sphincter of Oddi manometry is recorded using a triple lumen catheter introduced via the biopsy channel of a duodenoscope. A normal pressure profile is illustrated in the upper tracing, whereas the lower tracing illustrates a recording from a patient with sphincter of Oddi stenosis.
