Coronary angiography in the right anterior oblique position using a left Judkins (JL4) catheter. This shows a thin radioluscent line corresponding to a dissection of the left main stem (1) extending to the left anterior descending (2) and circumflex (3) coronary arteries. In addition there is flattening of the lumen of the left anterior descending coronary artery (2) with reduced distal flow.
