A. P. Liu and D. A. Fletcher. 2006. Actin polymerization serves as a membrane domain switch in model lipid bilayers. Biophys. J. 91:4064–4070.

Due to a copy editing error, the lipid composition of the giant unilamellar vesicles described in the Materials and Methods section on page 4065 was incorrectly written as “2%:1%:30%:0.6%” DPPC/DOPC/Chol/BODIPY TMR PIP2. The lipid composition should read “2:1:30%:0.6%” DPPC/DOPC/Chol/BODIPY TMR PIP2, indicating a 2:1 ratio of DPPC/DOPC with 30% and 0.6% of total lipids being Chol and BODIPY TMR PIP2, respectively. The BioFAST version of the article has the correct composition.
