Abstract
Diffuse varioliform gastritis in a 10 year old girl is reported. The girl has been followed for four years. Biopsy specimens taken before and after three months' treatment with sodium cromoglycate showed a considerable fall in chronic inflammatory infiltrate. A rapid clinical improvement was also observed.
