Influence of anti-cytokine mAb administration on distribution of MZMφ in spleens after LPS administration. LPS (5 mg/kg) were administrated intraperitoneally 30 min after intravenous injection of 300 µg of following Ab: rat control IgG1 (a, b), anti-mouse TNF-α mAb (c, d), and anti-mouse IL-10 mAb (e, f). Mice were killed 24 hr after LPS administration. Frozen sections of Tgm (a, c, and e) or control mice (b, d, and f) were stained with ER-TR9 mAb.
