Hex transgenic mice have an absolute lymphopenia due to decreased peripheral blood T cells, especially CD8+ cells. CD11a mice are shown in the top two panels and Lck are shown in the bottom two panels. Numbers indicate the average percentage of total T cells that fall within the indicated gates.
