Cytokine expression profile of cord and adult dendritic cells (DCs) upon lipopolysaccharide (LPS) stimulation. Both adult and cord DCs were incubated with medium alone (med) or medium containing 10 μg/ml LPS for 36 hr. The release of interleukin (IL)-12p70, tumour necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and IL-10 in the culture supernatants was determined by ELISA.
