On the third page of the article, under Quantitative Data Synthesis, the sentence “One trial66 provided 60% of the weight for respiratory deaths, with data provided from unpublished information and a published erratum,”67 should read “One trial49 provided 60% of the weight for respiratory deaths, with data provided from unpublished information and a published erratum.”67 On the seventh page of the article, under Discussion, the sentence “Three trials49,58,62 provided data with and without inhaled corticosteroids, but only 1 provided information on severe exacerbations or respiratory deaths,66 so subgroup analysis on the effect of concomitant inhaled corticosteroids could not be done,” should read “Three trials49,58,62 provided data with and without inhaled corticosteroids, but only 1 provided information on severe exacerbations or respiratory deaths,49 so subgroup analysis on the effect of concomitant inhaled corticosteroids could not be done.”
